4. Location & GPS

• Nearby discovery may use your location to calculate approximate distances to physical shops.
• The customer-facing shop directory is designed to display approximate distance rather than publicly displaying your raw GPS coordinates.

Shop owners may provide GPS coordinates for their physical businesses so customers can discover nearby shops. Online or home-based shops may operate without a physical GPS location.

5. Sharing Information

TuVibe Market may share or make information available when reasonably necessary to provide the service, including with:

• The shop or business involved in a customer's order, where necessary to fulfil or manage that order.
